Bulldog Manufacturing – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bulldog Manufacturing, a student-run company operated as part of the Alden Central School District’s Technology Education program. By placing an order or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose and Educational Mission

Bulldog Manufacturing is a student-operated business. Projects, products, and services are created as part of an educational program designed to give students real-world experience in manufacturing, sales, and business operations. Customers understand that all work is performed in an instructional setting under teacher supervision.

2. Orders and Custom Work

  • All orders must be submitted through Bulldog Manufacturing’s official order form, website, or designated sales representatives.

  • For custom projects, customers must provide detailed design files, artwork, or specifications. Bulldog Manufacturing may assist with design, but final approval rests with the customer.

  • Orders are reviewed for feasibility. Bulldog Manufacturing reserves the right to decline any order.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are set based on material costs, machine time, and student labor.

  • All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed prior to order acceptance.

  • Payment is due in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed. 

  • Payment methods include cash, check, credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

4. Production Timeline

  • Production times vary based on order volume, complexity, and class schedules.

  • Estimated completion dates will be provided but are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to equipment availability, school schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Quality and Limitations

  • Products are produced by high school students in a supervised learning environment. While we strive for professional quality, minor imperfections may occur.

  • Bulldog Manufacturing does not guarantee that products will meet professional manufacturing tolerances or commercial-grade standards unless explicitly stated.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs, mockups, or samples before final production.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • Refunds may be issued in cases of significant manufacturing errors at Bulldog Manufacturing’s discretion.

  • Customers must notify Bulldog Manufacturing of any concerns within 7 days of receiving an order.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use any logos, designs, or artwork submitted for production.

  • Bulldog Manufacturing reserves the right to decline any design that violates copyright, trademark, or school policies.

8. Liability

  • Bulldog Manufacturing and the Alden Central School District are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products.

  • Products are not intended for critical use in safety equipment, medical applications, or environments requiring certified manufacturing standards.

9. Privacy

  • Customer information is collected solely for order processing and communication.

  • Bulldog Manufacturing will not sell or share customer information outside the scope of school-approved operations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the policies of Alden Central School District and applicable New York State law.
